The Emerald Grand - Dehradun

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my time here. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel even offered room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient airport shuttle service, making it easy for me to get to and from the airport. The free toiletries and tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It truly provided a luxurious and comfortable experience with its excellent location, quality services, and enhanced amenities.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the excellent food and the helpful staff at the hotel. The large brightly lit guest rooms and common spaces were also a plus. The hotel's location was key, as it was situated near many holiday festivities and events. the modern property was a nice touch to the overall experience.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could have been better. The architecture features seemed to be poorly maintained and not as clean as they could have been.

The hotel offered modern and spacious guest rooms and communal areas with bright lighting. the staff was very courteous and accommodating, even arranging for a packed breakfast leaving early. the hotel's food was excellent, and the confusion over the breakfast package was cleared up efficiently.

The check-in process could have been faster, but the staff made up for it with their helpfulness.

We stayed at this hotel during our city break. the interior and view from our room were impressive. the hotel appeared to have been recently completed and the rooms and common spaces were large and brightly lit. the hotel staff provided us with a packed breakfast when we had to leave early for our trip to Gangotri, which was a nice gesture.

Our experience at the hotel was not entirely positive. the check-in process was long and tedious and we were not able to adjust the AC settings in our room, which left us freezing during the night.
